You can simply do that by dragging and dropping the shortcut icons to the desired point on the screen. If the icons look messy, you can auto arrange them by select "Menu arrange items" in Skat Desktop program.
Once you are satisfied with the shortcut icons you have arranged, go to the Skat Desktop setting then select "Tools" from the menu and choose "save icons setting"
Go to Skat Desktop setting's menu tools then choose "Add new group" then name the group and select "Set items" to choose shortcut icons into the new group.
Skat Taskbar is a cool feature that displays running applications. This way you can restore them or close them. You can even close all of them at once by clicking "terminate all programs" It is very simple like taskbar on PC's Windows.
The taskbar feature can be disabled by going into Skat Desktop then click on the icon X or go via "Program" >> "Skat Desktop" then uncheck at "Show taskbar"
